Can I get a refund if I paid with Klarna?Updated 2 months ago
Please note that it can take up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and for the balance on your payment method to update. The refund process begins as soon as Klarna receive confirmation that your return has been processed, or your order has been cancelled.
To check the status of your return or order cancellation, please log in to your Klarna account. You will receive an email and an app notification with updated refund details. Any remaining payments will be cancelled once your return is confirmed.
Partial Refunds
If you’ve returned or cancelled part of your order, Klarna will issue a partial refund. Here’s how it works:
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the remaining balance will be spread evenly across the remaining payments.
If the partial refund exceeds the remaining balance of your order, the difference will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that if your order was placed using the One-time Card with Pay in 4, the service fee will still be applied for partial refunds.
